For priming bare ferrous metal. Interior/Exterior
use. Superior adhesion on metal. Flat finish for
easy topcoating with alkyd, oil or latex
coatings. Not to be used under epoxy, vinyl
chloride or epoxy polyester top coats. May be
used as a finish coat.
